Calvin musical ensemble members can order a recording of any concert in which they performed To order fill out the following form. In order to comply with copyright laws, your name and ID number will be checked against a list of emsemble members.

Pay in Campus Store (Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be charged to your misc. account)

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS TO PROCESS ORDERS
The Bookstore will contact you when your CD is ready to be picked up.
