We offer a variety of shipping options, including in-store pickup.

Print and fill out an order form. Mail or Fax your order to us at the address or fax number below and we will process it immediately.

Shipping Policies

Calvin College Campus Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

Items are shipped from Grand Rapids, MI 49546 Monday through Friday. Items normally ship 1-2 business days after the order is received.

We may ship you a partial order and notify you of the delay and missing item(s). The remainder will be shipped as soon as possible, or your money will be refunded. Note, you are only charged for the items that have shipped.

Returns

Clothing returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days if merchandise is in new condition and has not been washed or worn.

General books may be returned within two weeks with a receipt.

Electronics may be returned with receipt, if unopened,  within 2 weeks of purchase.

Please note our TEXTBOOK return policy:

Receipts are ALWAYS required.

Textbooks* may be returned for a full refund within the first 5 days of classes. 

Books purchased after the first 5 days of classes may only be returned within 48 hours of purchase and a $5.00 per book restocking fee will apply.

Shrink-wrapped books that contain software are non-returnable after the shrink wrap has been removed.

*Textbooks are non returnable if access codes, either included in or packaged with a textbook, have been accessed or opened.

Return Policy Instructions

A packing list or receipt must be included with each return. Returns missing this information can not be credited. If the return is due to our error all shipping charges will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment.

Repackage your item(s) and select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all offer this option. Ship your return to the following address:

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to Calvin College Campus Store. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
